RCPC Annual Meeting and April Town Hall

Event Time:
Thursday, April 19, 2018 - 7:00pm - 9:00pm

The April RCPC Town Hall Meeting doubles as RCPC's annual meeting and election of Board of Directors members.  This year, there are five candidates running for six seats on the Board.  At the meeting, each candidate will give a short statement about themself and why they are running, followed by questions from the audience.

The other topic for the Town Hall will be an update by Wlad Wlassousky, deputy director of Oakland's Transportation Department, on the Rockridge transportation projects being funded by the City of Oakland's settlement of its lawsut over the Caldecott Improvement Project.  Among the projects to be discussed: an update on the Broadway "lane diet," improvements to the Shafter/College/Keith and Miles/College intersections, and establishing bicycle lanes on College Ave.
