The June 26th meeting of the Land Use Committee will have two items on its agenda:

1.  Discussion of preliminary feasibility analysis for scenarios in the Rockridge Housing Study. The Committee will hear about and discuss a proposed preliminary feasibility analysis for the study.  The analysis will consider:  1) single typical residential lot in lower Rockridge, 2)  combining four typical single-family lots in lower Rockridge to build a multifamily project, 3) building on a sample two-acre underutilized lot (currently in commercial use).

2.  Consideration of proposals brought forward from community for use of $400,000 Safeway College Avenue "enhancement" funds.

The meeting will be held starting at 7:30 PM in the upstairs meeting room of the Rockridge branch Library, 5366 College Ave.

All meetings are open to the public.
