Rain or Shine, Let's Go to the Halloween Parade!

Monday, October 3, 2016

Rain or shine, the 25th Annual Rockridge Children's Halloween Parade is happening Sunday, October 30th starting at noon and ending at 2 PM, as always! Participating merchants will host trick-or-treating along both sides of College Avenue, from Alcatraz to Broadway.

Join the costumed procession: Meet at Halloween Central in front of the College Avenue Presbyterian Church, 5951 College Avenue, at 11:45 a.m. At precisely noon, we’ll kick off trick-or-treating, leading the first group along the avenue.

Halloween Central will host spooky storytelling and silly, scary sing-alongs. A storyteller from the Storytelling Association of California will spin Halloween yarns in front of the church and a singer will serenade the crowds. In case of rain, the entertainers, crafts, and games will be inside the church.

So make those raincoats a part of your costume and come join the Parade

The Rockridge District Association (RDA) and the Rockridge Community Planning Council (RCPC) co-sponsor the Parade.
