The Town Hall Zoom recording on YouTube can be found here.

Join us on Thursday, March 18, at 7pm, for a virtual town hall event on how building a home in your backyard could be right for you. ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) — also known as granny flats or in-law units — are gaining popularity throughout the state as one strategy to combat California’s persistent housing crisis by providing affordable and accessible housing options for family and community members. Rockridge is no exception, with many of our neighbors building ADUs of their own. Our town hall will focus on how you can build your very own second unit.

We’ll be joined by representatives from Maxable, an organization that provides education and resources for building ADUs, as well as local homeowners who have gone through the process of designing, permitting, and constructing their own ADUs.

Please join us. For Zoom info, please email info@rockridge.org.
