The RCPC Land Use Committee will hold its regular January meeting on January 26th starting at 7:30 PM over Zoom. The agenda is as follows:

  1. Recap and discussion of structure for Rockridge Housing Discussion Guide Report
  2. Update on addressing blight at Broadway/Pleasant Valley “Shops at the Ridge” Phase II site
  3. Update on status of Draft EIR for California College of Art Campus redevelopment project
  4. Discussion of land use related topic coming out of community listening January Town Hall
