Planning for this year’s Rockridge Kitchen Tour is now in full swing, and the deadline to submit a kitchen for consideration is May 15, 2022.

The tour will be held on Sunday, October 2, from 12:30 to 5:30pm. For those of you who may be new to the neighborhood, this autumn will mark the 14th tour since 1995 and will feature eight beautifully renovated, restored, or remodeled Rockridge residential kitchens.

Rockridge kitchens come in a variety of styles, sizes, and budgets: traditional, modern, Craftsman. Remodels range from modest updates to large-scale renovations and feature green construction, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and innovative designs. We want to see it all.

The Kitchen Tour is the primary fundraiser for the Rockridge Community Planning Council (RCPC), the nonprofit community organization that sponsors the publication of The Rockridge News, holds town hall meetings on topics of importance to the neighborhood, and supports community building through programs like the Kevin Faughnan Memorial Community Grants Program. To submit or refer a kitchen for the tour, the Kitchen Tour Committee invites you to do so asap.
