Dear Neighbors,
I am please to inform you that I have recently been selected to serve as Chair of RCPC Land Use Committee and look forward to working with all of you to bring our varied perspectives together to making our neighborhood a better place to live, learn, work and play.

We will continue our discussion of creating a “Community Vision” to guide RCPC’s efforts.
In collective discussions to date, the following overarching goals of the process have been preliminarily identified as:
- Educate and engage the community on housing issues and opportunities.
- Articulate corollary benefits and challenges of increasing housing access.
- Create a consensus-built framework for public advocacy on housing and community development issues with the city, political leaders, public agencies, the development community, and the College Avenue business district.
- Consider corollary aspects of evolutionary growth, such as:
–Strengthening neighborhood diversity.
–Enhancing College Avenue’s identity as the heart of the neighborhood.
–Improving mobility, public space amenities, safety, and services
Thank you for your contributions to date! See you on zoom!
